Senior Technical Lead
We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Java / J2EE development, along with proven leadership skills to guide and manage a team of developers. This role requires a hands-on approach to technical problem solving, coupled with the ability to engage with stakeholders for requirements gathering and technical discussions. Experience in the Cyber Security / IAM domain is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful execution of features and implementing scalable software solutions using Java / J2EE frameworks.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Java/J2EE web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness and security.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding best practices, and drive continuous improvement in code quality and performance.
- Act as a technical point of contact for client interactions, participate in technical discussions and provide insights to meet client needs.
- Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of software development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java Development and Cyber Security / IAM domain.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java/J2EE frameworks.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring framework, Hibernate, and other J2EE technologies. Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
