Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our product development team and work closely with the Release Owner and Team Leads to manage developers and testers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Product Managers and release owners to plan sprints and releases, ensuring smooth execution of software development activities, and implementing Agile best practices.

Location: Baner, Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Release Owners to define release scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage development and testing teams, ensuring sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
- Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban for effective project execution.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and QA Leads to resolve roadblocks.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline processes, ensuring seamless software deployments.
- Enhance quality assurance processes, working with testers to improve test automation coverage.
- Generate project status reports, tracking key metrics such as sprint velocity, defect trends, and release readiness.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting post-release analysis, capturing key learnings, and enhancing team productivity and software quality.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of overall experience within a product-based company would be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing and delivering projects and releases.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprints, Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release planning.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Git, and Jenkins.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor developers and testers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with risk management, performance metrics, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Agilist / PMP certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with test automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, or Cypress.
