Cancellations

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@miniorange.com or by contacting the designated event coordinator.
• Please note: All registration fees are non-refundable, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.

Registrations and Workshops(Tickets and Booths):

• Cancellations will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• The registration can be transferred to another person at no cost by emailing events@miniorange.com.

Postponement or Cancellation

In the event of a postponement or cancellation, the following policy will apply:

Postponement: In the event of postponement by the miniOrange, all registrations will be carried over to the revised Conference Dates.

Cancellation: In the event of full cancellation of the IdentityShield Summit 2025 by the MINIORANGE SECURITY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED, all registration payments will be fully refunded.

Terms and Conditions

MINIORANGE SECURITY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify, withdraw or substitute speakers and presenters, adjust prices, venues, seating arrangements and capacity without prior notice. If any changes occur, the company will ensure that the event maintains equivalent standards. No compensation will be provided for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred in the event of a cancellation.

Ticket prices are subject to change without notice.Promotional ticket offers are available at reduced prices only for a specified period, and the company reserves the right to cancel any offer at any time.

MINIORANGE SECURITY SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED may at any time revise these Terms and conditions by modifying the event website. Attendees will be bound by any such revisions.
