View Locked Users


If users make several incorrect password attempts, their accounts are locked as a security measure to prevent unauthorized access.

How can I unlock a user's locked account?

Use the following steps to unlock a user's account

  • Go to Users > View Locked Users from the left menu to see the list of users.
  • miniOrange Identity Platform Partner Portal Handbook: Click Users and then View Locked Users

  • Find the user you wish to unblock and under Actions Column click on Enable.
  • You will be prompted for confirmation. Just hit yes and the user will be unblocked.
