To start/stop the session recording, go to Settings → Product Settings → Customer and check/uncheck the checkbox.
To view recordings of user sessions, go to Sessions → Recorded Sessions
Here you will see all the data related to user session recordings.
To play the desired video, click on play button available at Action column

The App/Assets player features include:
Executed Commands Display: On the right side of the screen, there is a section that shows the executed commands along with their timestamps. By clicking on a specific command, you can easily navigate the video to the corresponding point where that command was executed.
Command Search: Utilize the search bar located on the right side of the screen to search for specific commands.
Navigation Bar: The navigation bar at the bottom of the video provides several buttons for various functionalities, including:
Restart Video: Restart the video playback.
Next/Previous Command: Skip to the next/previous command in the video.
Full Screen View: Switch to full screen mode for better viewing.
Video Player Speed: Adjust the playback speed of the video.
Skip/Play Inactive Part of Session Recording: Skip or play the inactive parts of the session recording.
Play/Pause Video: Control the playback of the video by playing or pausing it.
